Is a Cue legally binding?
Cue records the name a signer enters, their consent to sign electronically, timestamps, browser views, and a unique record of the sealed document. Whether an agreement is legally enforceable depends on its terms, the parties, and the law that applies. Cue is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Use your own terms, or have a lawyer review them.
Does my client need an account?
No. They open a link, consent, and sign. No account. No app.
