Is a Cue legally binding?
Cue records the name a signer enters, explicit consent to sign electronically, timestamps, browser views, and a hash of the sealed document. Whether an agreement is legally enforceable depends on its terms, the parties, and the law that applies. Cue is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Bring your own terms, or have a lawyer review them.
Does my client need an account?
No account, no app, no friction. They open a secure link on the phone already in their hand, read a clean mobile layout, consent, and sign. You get the yes without chasing logins.
What is included for free?
Five sent Cues for real client work. Every current template, the signing experience, a browser-saveable sealed record, and the audit trail on each one. No card required.
What happens after my client signs?
The yes becomes the record. Cue seals the agreement, hashes the document, and keeps it in your library with its audit events. You or your client can use the browser's print dialog to save a copy; Cue does not generate or email a PDF.
